Your daughter sound much like all three of our kids (now grown). I hope she gets lots of physical activity. That's one of the single most important sleep aids that we have a lot of control over, and that's often overlooked. Also lots of natural daylight, actual time outside, is another big boost. 2 hours minimum, sleep experts tell me. Best of luck to you and your daughter -- indeed a tough challenge worth throwing all we can at it.
