That's a good question, and one that would need to be sussed out with further research. Some studies (not all) take into account physical activity and/or fitness level and/or other health markers, but even when they do, they have yet to prove the extent to which one healthy behavior might offset (perhaps partially?) the effects of smoking or otherwise ingesting marijuana. We can say that regardless the answer, physical activity is always better than not.
