Thanks Mark — good suggestions and I appreciate the kind words. I am normally pretty good about diet, hydration, training volume, pace and other things that go into successful training. I've been frustrated this summer by a nagging knee thing that had me sidelined doing PT for a few weeks, so I'm on my way back and trying to recover the shape I was in this time last year, so I'm no doubt a little over-eager. Hope you had a great run today, and I promise to be more cautious moving forward.
