Thanks for that perspective. Yes, I am definitely adapted to running in the heat more than someone who lives in a cool climate. I run in 80s and 90s all the time, and have run several times when it's around 100. This one was just too much heat combined with the humidity, and I totally misjudged how adapted I was. Glad to know there's someone else out there who likes running in the heat — I have always preferred it to running in the cold.
