Thank’s for sharing your experiences, Diana. I just now saw your comment, and I love how mindfulness meditation has helped you navigate life. I am not as regular or successful at it as you, but the results are similarly amazing for me, and every time I meditate the first thing that happens is I’m reminded that I should do this a lot more.
