Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm. Yes, balance is huge. I do a lot of balance work now, too, working it right into the other exercises, as you do. I do one-legged, body-weight squats on that Bosu ball — which is always a challenge. My gym sessions are whole-body workouts typically lasting around 20-30 minutes. I think a lot of people claim to not have enough time because they spend half their time at the gym sitting around and talking. I never stop moving while I'm there.
