Smart. 3 days a week is my pattern now, too. My injuries can all be traced to getting ready for a race, or racing season, and doing more than I knew I should, be it distance, speed or hills. I was out for a walk this morning, and feeling no pain I thought "hey, I could run again today" even though I ran yesterday. No! Don't do it, Rob!
