Poor sleep is often a sign of an underlying health problem, and other times it's due to the ways we (me included) self-sabotage with alcohol, late-night snacks, excessive anxiety, and on and on. Not pointing any fingers, but I have learned that almost anyone, short of a diagnosed insomniac, can get better sleep by leaning into a handful of key behavioral changes, like spending more time outside in natural daylight, exercising, and having a bedtime routine (and set time). I hope you don't give up!
