Oh, you challenge me. I'm going to say watermelon was the biggest surprise, followed by pineapple. I think many of us forget how nutritious fruit is, and we tend to think of it as a treat rather than a core dietary component. It's both! As for tips, I think I left it all on the table, so to speak, but if I could emphasize one thing that I hear over and over from the experts (and keep in mind, I'm the reporter, not the nutritionist): Don't get too hung up on any single food. Just eat well, eat variety, and avoid processed food as much as possible. (I might add: Cook! Those of us who have the time and energy to cook should. Beats packaged meals every time, nutrition-wise.)
