If you do Twitter, you can listen in on a live interview with me tomorrow (Friday at 11 a.m. PDT, 2 p.m. EDT). I’ll be talking about the wrongheadedness of Daylight Saving Time, how to sleep better in general, common sleep myths, and how I conceived and wrote my book.
