Just be aware that sleep monitoring watches are known to be inaccurate on time spent in deep sleep and REM sleep. They infer from heart rate and movement but can’t measure brain waves. I discuss this in my book and plan a Medium post on it in the new year. What the watch can do is give you a rough comparison for how you do night vs night. The best measure will be *how you feel next day*.
