In researching my upcoming book on sleep, I've concluded that while 65 (or mid-60s) is often recommended for the ideal sleep envirionment, it's not practical for many of us on hot summer nights, so one helpful suggestion is to just get your bedroom temp cooler in the late evening and overnight than it was during the day — every little bit helps your body clock stay on time.
