I love this idea. I've had really lazy days, but there's always something in there — a run, a fun activity, some reading, a little conversation, some eating. I wonder if I could muster the energy to embrace it so fully that during that one day I did nothing but meditate and maybe think about meditating, or at most sitting and watching the world go by. Maybe drink water. Otherwise, literally no reading, no TV, no projects, no chores. I think I would have to be outside to pull it off, with nature in front of me. Dawn to dusk maybe. Can I do some yoga? Is that nothing enough? I'm thinking about it. You got me thinking about it. Thanks, Ted!
