I don’t think the research collectively can be quite a specific about benefits as you’d hope, but the upshot is that for most adults, drinking one or more (even a lot more) cups of coffee or tea is not a bad thing, and appears to be a very good thing, and same goes for caffeinated (and maybe decaffeinated, though that’s less certain).
