I can’t offer medical advice, Guy, but if I had those numbers I’d go get a physical and ask a doc what she thinks. Sure, stress can contribute. And there’s some evidence that once a person gets over the threshold of high blood pressure, it’s hard get the numbers back down(in a nutshell: what we do early in life can’t be easily erased, it seems).
