Ha. And an update: I'm testing out the FODMAP eating patterns (a test that's hard and complicated and not to be done without supervision) and have been 3 weeks now with 100% better GI symptoms. In the process of adding things back in to see what gets to me. Really helpful (though I don't like the for-profit marketing that sneaks up once you download the seeming .edu app).
