Great suggestions. The reasons for poor sleep can be subtle, or sometimes obvious but seemingly intractable. I had hip pain and low back pain that for years conspired to wake me up at night multiple times. Yoga solved both, totally. I sleep really well now (as long as I stay active and don't drink too much and avoid the light-night ice cream compulsion!).
