Good question. 22 minutes daily equates to 150 minutes a week, the minimum threshold for moderate to vigorous activity recommended by most health organizations and experts. Less is better than none, more is better than some, but 150/week has been shown in study after study to be a great target to provide the bulk of the health benefits.
