Good luck, Carlyn. I hope yoga helps. You might try some mindfulness meditation, too. I have tinnitus, which is annoying as hell, and among the things mindfulness has helped me with is accepting the tinnitus, not focusing on it so much, and not getting as agitated when I do. It’s not magic, but it’s helpful. (And I need to write about this tinnitus thing — thanks for the thought prompt.)
