Absolutely, not everyone has the same level of control over these things. I often use terms like "lean in" instead of "do this," and I try to be clear about the fact that there are no silver bullets for everyone, and health changes must be predicated on each person's health profile. But sometimes I fall shy of repeating those themes in every article, so I appreciate being reminded of the importance of balance in these matters.
